Who we are
This privacy policy governs the TimeSense Microsoft Office Add-in.

What personal data we collect and why we collect it
User Details
We collect a user’s name and email address upon sign-up to use the add-in. This is required to log in to add-in and use it.
Contact Email Addresses
We collect a user’s contact email addresses when they open an email or schedule a meeting. These are required for the add-in to operate correctly.
Who we share your data with
TimeSense does not share any personal data with anyone.
How long we retain your data
We retain user details and contact email addresses until a user requests for their account to be deleted.
A user can request to have their account deleted by logging a ticket on the Support page with “Delete my account” in the message. They will also need to include their username.
What rights you have over your data
If you have an account with TimeSense add-in, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
Where we send your data
User details and contact email addresses are stored on a cloud-hosted database.
